Q: How long does it take to get setup / start submitting claims after CHDP Gateway receives my registration form?
A: Once we receive the registration form within 24 Hour our representative will call you to verify the information you provided and will give you approve you’re account.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No, CHDP Gateway has an enrollment form, not a contract. Try out our service, if you do not like the service, you are free to stop using the website.
Q: Do I need to purchase software?
A: No, the CHDP Gateway website will interface with all claim management software packages. All you need is Internet access. Our technicians we set your office up and train your office staff for CHDP Gateway.
